This is simply the gold standard of decaffeinated coffee and now available in Nespresso compatible capsules. The Swiss water decaf process, removes the caffeine via soaking, water extraction and carbon filters. The idea is to reduce loss of organic materials which add to aromatic, taste and flavour profiles created during roasting, without using aggressive chemical solvents and gases in the process. This coffee is from Cerrado, Brazil. Delicate, balanced with medium acidity and mild fruit and nut flavours.
